Hats and wigs have been popular for any group facility, including hospital units for young and old, convalescent homes, etc. Humorous props such as rubber chickens, funny shoes, etc., also work. These are often included on the Laugh Mobile, Comedy Kart, or Chuckle Buggy , when they visit the wards. Clown attire, worn by volunteers, is another approach to generating humor.
